We only process data that is necessary to operate this website and to respond to your enquiry.

Server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type and operating system. This data is technically required to deliver the website securely.
Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), selected service and your message.
Analytics data: only where you have given explicit consent (see section 4).

We never ask for special categories of personal data and do not store payment details through this website.

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) for handling enquiries submitted through the contact form.

4. Cookies and analytics

By default this website sets no cookies that are not strictly necessary. Analytics cookies are only used after you have given consent through the cookie banner. No analytics software is loaded until you consent.

We serve self-hosted fonts. Visiting this website establishes no connection to external font or CDN providers.

We share data only with service providers acting as processors on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Vercel Inc. — website hosting (USA / EU).
Resend, Inc. — delivery of emails triggered by the contact form (USA).
Google Ireland Limited — website analytics, strictly subject to your consent (Ireland / USA).

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some of the providers listed above are established in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Retention periods

Server logs: no longer than 30 days, unless a security incident requires longer retention.
Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request. Enquiries that lead to a business relationship are retained in line with statutory retention duties (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB: 6 to 10 years).
Cookie consent: your choice is stored locally in your browser for a maximum of 12 months.
